I have a valid membership, why can I not log in? My username is being blocked?
A variety of reasons can cause a login not to work or to be blocked. Something as simple as 5 failed attempts to log in can cause a block. Enter the username & password exactly, they are case sensitive (“A” is not the same as “a”). Also make sure there are no extra spaces before or after the username or password. The block lasts about an hour, or you can submit a ticket and we will assist you. More information can be found in our FAQ section.

I just signed up and have not received my username and password?
The username and password are sent to the e-mail address you used to register. It can take up to 5 minutes to get your information. Some internet providers (AOL/Yahoo/Gmail/etc.) and some e-mail filtering programs could flag this e-mail as "SPAM" or "BULK". Please be sure to check these folders as well for your membership details.

I let my subscription run out and want to renew?
